Dedicated access suits academies and companies that need their own SAP environment for training, ABAP development, testing, demos or project validation. Shared access provides accounts in a system also used by others. Dedicated access provides an exclusive VM and SAP system; its physical VMware host may run other VMs. These are practice and project environments, without a production-service commitment.

We offer 2025, 2023 and 2022. Dedicated 2022 configurations are quoted on request. Ask us about S/4HANA 2020 or SAP R/3 EHP7 if your training needs an earlier system.

Dedicated S/4HANA plans include SAP GUI, Fiori and ABAP access with SE11, SE38, SE80, debugging and Z development, without an additional ABAP access fee. We confirm the specific applications your training requires in the proposal.

Dedicated plans have no commercial cap on the number of accounts you create. Active concurrent users are a different sizing measure. We propose an initial target of 45, subject to workload validation; it is not a capacity guarantee or a statement of unlimited software licenses.

Yes, dedicated clients can manage users, credentials, roles and SAP clients. Self-managed client creation carries no surcharge within the assigned resources. Administrator access can be provided to your own VM, not to the VMware host. Shared access has different permissions, and shared R/3 configuration changes are restricted.

Managed backups are optional. Choose monthly copies, copies every 14 days or a custom schedule. We agree separate backup storage, retention and restoration scope in the proposal. Recovery is limited to available restore points; more frequent backups may be appropriate for recent course work.

Dedicated plans offer prepaid periods of one month, three months or one year, without automatic renewal. The annual discount applies to payment of the full year in advance and is measured against twelve monthly payments. Plans with published prices can be purchased directly through Stripe; S/4HANA 2022 and custom configurations require a quote.

Yes. Choose EUR, USD, GBP, MXN, COP, CLP, PEN or BRL for plans with published prices and review the total for your selected period before paying. The amount and currency shown at Stripe checkout are the amount and currency charged. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees if your payment account uses a different currency.

Technical support covers incidents with the contracted service. Support hours, initial response commitments and any availability agreement are specified in your proposal. There is no blanket 24/7 coverage or uptime guarantee on these plans; tailored requirements are assessed separately.

We confirm a delivery date after reviewing the version, resources and preparation required. Dedicated delivery is scheduled in the proposal; payment alone does not promise instant provisioning.

Applicable licensing and usage conditions depend on the intended activities. Creating user accounts does not itself grant unlimited SAP licenses. Contact us with specific licensing questions and describe your training, development or project requirements so we can clarify the applicable scope.

Yes. Client preparation, transport assistance, connectivity checks, performance diagnosis and backup planning can be scoped as paid Basis consulting. We agree the deliverables and price before work starts. This is separate from technical support for service incidents.

We review your platform's connection options, such as APIs or webhooks, and the SAP system requirements before confirming compatibility. The starting price covers one platform, one SAP instance and an agreed account creation workflow. New connectors and custom workflows require a separate assessment.

From delivery and acceptance, we fix defects attributable to the kit that prevent it from meeting the agreed scope, with no limit on the number of incidents. New features, adaptations to changes in external APIs, and work arising from third-party outages or customer modifications are excluded and quoted separately. No renewal is required to continue using the delivered version.
